Overview
Registering informal workers at national scale means designing for someone filling in a form once, on a phone, possibly with help — so the failure modes that matter are dropped submissions and ambiguous state, not throughput. Next.js and NestJS microservices communicate over RabbitMQ, with PostgreSQL and Supabase for storage, running on Kubernetes and AWS behind Nginx and monitored with Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
